Rachel is a senior Communication Studies Major with a concentration in journalism, at George Mason University.
Rachel currently writes Sandpiper Cat Blog. She is an associate member of the Cat Writers' Association. Rachel was featured as one of PetPR.com's Blogger Profile Series in February 2015.
Rachel currently interns at Cape May Magazine, since 2013.
Rachel was a marketing associate for The Admiral's Daughter by Beth Jannery.
Rachel has previously written for the W.T. Woodson Cavalcade (4 years), CWA Meow Newsletter, Cape May Star & Wave Newspaper, The Fairfax Patch, Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation newsletter and The Pennant Magazine.
Rachel currently volunteers with Animal Outreach of Cape May County and has previously worked with Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation.
